Pilot programme

Now selecting pilot operators

We are working with a small number of vessel operators to prove Oraxis on real vessels, real equipment and real crews.

What you receive

  • Manual-to-course conversion for an agreed set of equipment on your pilot vessels
  • Technical review of every course by a qualified marine engineer
  • QR equipment tags generated for each piece of covered equipment
  • Full onboarding: vessels, crew, job role pathways and existing training documents
  • Direct access to both founders throughout the pilot

What we need from you

  • Manuals for the equipment to be covered
  • Crew list and job roles for the pilot vessels
  • A named training lead on shore and a contact on each vessel
  • Short feedback sessions during the pilot

How success is measured

  • Time to produce reviewed, equipment-specific training
  • Course completion and assessment pass rates
  • Time for new joiners to reach sign-off on their equipment
  • Time to produce training evidence for an audit or inspection
  • Crew and officer feedback on usability, including offline use at sea

Measures and targets are agreed with each operator before the pilot starts.

Built with operators, not just for them

Pilot operators work directly with both founders. Your feedback shapes the platform before wider launch, and the measures we agree at the start decide whether Oraxis has earned a place on your fleet.
