Equipment-specific assessments
Each course ends with questions written from the manufacturer’s manual for that exact equipment, here a Brunvoll tunnel thruster. Ten questions, eight correct to pass.
The platform
A company portal for training managers and a crew app for everyone on board, sharing one live record of who is trained on what.

Each course ends with questions written from the manufacturer’s manual for that exact equipment, here a Brunvoll tunnel thruster. Ten questions, eight correct to pass.

Crew work through their role’s pathway in order: a welcome section with the crew app guide and documents to read and sign, then the equipment and operation courses for their job.

Every crew member on a vessel against their pathway steps and equipment, grouped into induction, propulsion and safety, with a compliance score and each item shown as current, due soon, overdue or not started.

Crew readiness, completions over time, training status across all courses, readiness by vessel, and practical sessions waiting to be signed off, all on one dashboard.

The crew app
The crew app runs on any phone. Crew see their training passport and what’s due next, download everything to use with no signal at sea, and choose how they’re notified about sessions, reminders and new documents.
QR-enabled equipment access
A durable tag on each piece of equipment opens its safety information, operating guidance and manual on any phone, plus the crew member’s own training status when signed in. Built to survive oil, smoke and salt water.

Audit pack
Generate a training and competence record for the whole fleet or a single vessel, for any period. It shows active crew, how many are fully trained, course completions, competent practical sign-offs, and what is current, due or overdue, then breaks it down vessel by vessel.
Completion certificates
When a crew member completes their job role pathway, Oraxis issues a certificate of completion. It lists every course and document in the pathway, the date each was completed and when each refresher is due, under both the Oraxis and the operator’s branding.

Prove Oraxis on your own vessels, equipment and crews.
